We are very excited to invite you to a magical journey deep within ourselves
A unique opportunity to let go of the limiting patterns we follow, to cleanse and to evolve!

Holotropic Breathwork, a therapeutic method designed by Dr. Stan Grof to stimulate an altered state of consciousness through breath and music.

“Holotropic,” which comes from the Greek “holos” (whole) and “trepein” (to move toward), means “moving toward wholeness.” The method was developed by Stanislav and Christina Grof, a husband and wife team trained in classical psychoanalytic therapy.

This approach toward exploration and healing of the self combines elements of anthropology, consciousness research, depth and transpersonal psychology, and mystical traditions from around the world.

Workshop facilitator – Tatiana Ginzburg, PhD in transpersonal psychology.

Tatiana is a founder of Game Mastery School, European Breathwork School (Saint-Petersburg, Russia) and of experimental project Russian house #1 (California). She has over 20 years of experience in various breathwork styles and other meditation and self-exploration practices. Her personal facilitation style includes the powers of uncertainty, reflection and integration and is being unique and effective.
